01Acceptance of these terms
By accessing our website or engaging Ryu Punch ("we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Ryu Punch is a strategic marketing and technology agency registered in India (Chennai 600072, CIN: 33AJBPG0421H1Z1) with operations in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
03Our services
We provide marketing research, strategic planning, creative content, and SaaS & automation services. Engagement for any service is governed by a written proposal or agreement that supplements these terms.
04Client obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable access to necessary personnel and materials, and timely feedback. Delays in approvals or material not supplied by you may affect delivery schedules, which we will communicate as they arise.
05Fees & payment
Fees are stated in our proposals. Payment terms are set out in the applicable agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, work is invoiced in advance or on agreed milestones. Overdue amounts may be subject to interest as permitted by law, and work may be paused until payment is received.
06Intellectual property
All deliverables created by us for your engagement remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you for agreed use. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. You retain all rights to materials you provide to us.
07Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information secure and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
08Third-party services
Our services may use or rely on third-party platforms, tools and software. Their availability and terms are controlled by their respective providers, and we are not responsible for their operation. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platforms you use.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryu Punch's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or services is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement on the terms set out in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for work completed up to the date of termination. Sections that by nature survive (such as payment, confidentiality, intellectual property and limitation of liability) continue to apply.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
